New Card Pool: Genius Witch

✦ Basic Spell Card 'Protego Totalum'  ✦

This Card is a type of Shield Charm that creates a protective barrier around a defined area or structure. It will stop or Repel most Spells for some time.

 

Hermione Granger cast Protego Totalum as one of the enchantments used to protect and hide the camp she, Harry and Ron shared while searching for Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes.

 

Under the shimmering barrier, is the determination to protect all!

Young Hermione Granger successfully cast the Levitation Charm during her first Charms Class, much to the annoyance of her classmates, who were unable to do it. Hermione also pointed out that Ron was pronouncing the Charm incorrectly.

When the Golden Trio needs to find a way to spy on Draco Malfoy, Hermione accepts the challenge. She didn't hesitate to dive into the brewing of Polyjuice potion, an extremely complex mixture that would give them the edge they needed.

✦ Luna Lovegood ✦

When Luna was nine years old, she obtained the ability to see Thestrals after witnessing her mother's death. In her fourth year at Hogwarts, when Harry was worried about Sirius and the group was discussing how to get to the Ministry of Magic, Luna suggested flying there on the Thestrals. She mounted one first and calmly straightened her robe, as though she did this every day.

After clearing Chapter One of Playing with Dragon's Fire, players can challenge Qui in a special trial battle next to Shouren's Tent. Complete all 7 difficulties for bountiful rewards!

 

New Events

✦ Dragon Research ✦

Starting on 10/17/2023 create a study group of up to 6 players and unlock dragon knowledge together! Complete tasks to gain information that will unlock the secrets of dragons and earn rewards with your friends in game.

 

✦ The Puzzling Pages ✦

This mystifying event starts on 10/28/2023, and will last until 11/14/2023. Follow the hints to various locations or residents of Harry Potter: Magic Awakened for puzzle pieces, which, when pieced together, will solve a lingering mystery about Daniel. One hint will be unlocked daily until all 6 hints are present.

 

Duelling Club Update

Based on popular demand, the following custom duel modes will be permanently available in the Duelling Club on rotation, starting after maintenance on 10/17/2023

• Chocolate Frog Custom Duel
• Fearsome Three
• Miniature Melee

Each mode will be available for two days before being replaced by the next mode in the rotation.
