A plan for the second stage of the popular MOBA Pokémon Unite's anniversary celebrations was recently made public by TiMi Studio and The Pokémon Company. It features additional Pokémon licenses added to it, a playable map, a battle pass, and many in-game activities including the Legacy Trainer Showdown. According to Pokémon lore, the first Pokémon has already joined the group and is one of the strongest ones in existence.
The most recent addition to Pokémon Unite is the adorably cute Mew. The Unite Mew still makes a very powerful fighter, despite possibly not being as strong as its series counterpart. Mew is a Ranged Attacker that receives a boost counter after each attack that can be utilized to deal Psychic energy damage. The Pokémon can also be obtained for free by gathering all six mural fragments to activate Mew's license. This will be accessible till October 12th.
Mew starts out at level one with three moves: Electro Ball, which deals AoE damage and paralyzes foes; Solar Beam, which also deals AoE damage; and Surf, which can strike a Pokémon and temporarily stop it from acting. Then, at level three, it can learn Light Screen, which builds a wall of defense, Agility, which can raise Mew's movement speed, and Coaching, which gives an ally a shield and boosts its basic attack speed.
At level five, Mew can reset all of its moves and learn new ones alongside a reduction in its cooldown after getting a knockout or assist. Last but not least, the Pokémon's Unite move, Mystical Mirage, makes it float and invincible. All allies are in stealth and the enemies take a ton of damage after a predetermined amount of time.
