Tears of Themis MR Cards Guide

Tears of Themis, developed by miHoYo Limited, is an idle SLG game where you, as a new attorney, need to solve a series of mysterious cases. In this game, you will encounter four unique male leads and weave your romantic stories with the man of your dreams as the story unfolds.

 

There are four categories of cards in Tears of Themis. SSR, SR, MR, and R. The MR Cards events always overlap with another event and thus why most of the players will be surprised and regret that they do not prepare enough S-chips to get the cards. MR Cards Rarity

• SSR > SR > MR > R
• You only need to evolve once for the MRs, with a maximum level of 100.
• MR Cards contain two Private Messages, they do not have stories.
• MR Cards have two skills as SR Cards.

 

Cost of MR Cards

Bingo mini-games

MR Cards always come with an 5x5 matrix bingo game. Unfortunately, except for the first MR Card you choose from each of the event, the other 3 are not free. You need to use 100 S-Chips to flip a tile. As you'll get some S-Chips return from each of the card, the total cost of obtaining the MR Cards is as follows:

• 1st Card: 400 S-Chips
• 2nd to 4th Card: 1900 S-Chips each
• Total 4 cards: 6100 S-Chips

 

Special Consultation

Sometimes HoYoverse brings us MR Cards with the Special Consultation events. They are special cases in Fieldwork, but work exactly the same as normal cases and Lawsuits. You can see the Special Consultation button in the Fieldwork screen above "Legal Aid".

 

It takes about 2,080 to 2,400 S-Chips to refresh cases in order to obtain the MR cards, depending on your lawsuit bonus (from 15% lawsuit bonus to 0%; 15% is the maximum).

 

So if you want to lower the cost of getting Special Consultation MRs, it's better to work on building up your single male lead decks.

 

How to Prepare for MR Cards

• Have spare S-Chips on hand in case there's a sudden announcement for a MR event.
• The amount of spare S-Chips you need to have on hand depends on which and how many MRs you are planning to get. Please refer to the "Cost of MR Cards" section above and plan how much you need to save.
• If you're planning to get any of the Special Consultation MRs, then you should start steadily building your single male lead decks according to whose MRs you would like to get.
• The bingo-game MR Cards always appear around a festival in real life, such as Valentine's, White Day, or Halloween.
