Zenless Zone Zero: Closed Beta Test Registration

Zenless Zone Zero, an upcoming urban fantsy Action RPG published by the famous game company HoYoverse, has got its license approval and announced its 2nd closed beta test recently. It seems that HoYoverse is now catching up with the game's development pace.

 

Gameplay

Zenless Zone Zero is an urban fantasy Action RPG with roguelike mechanics. The player will assume the role of a Proxy, a character who helps others explore the hostile alternate dimensions called Hollows. As they advanced, the Proxy will recruit new members to their party as they continue to fight the Ethereal and other enemies. By combining the abilities of different members, players can deploy greater damage and combos onto enemies.

 

 

Setting

The game will take place in an post-apocalyptic futuristic metropolis called New Eridu. In which you'll be living next to the Hollows, from where entities known as Ethereal will travel out to the human world. The Ethereal have wreaked havoc on most of humanity, wiping most of them out. However, a select group of survivors have formed a bastion against the invaders, having survived the oncoming onslaught by extracting the Ethereal's technology and resources.

 

A Colorful Metropolis

Hospitality, openness, and freedom are the foundations of New Eridu, where disaster refugees, the displaced, and survivors from other settlements can find a home!

 

It's this colorful mix of people that has created a diverse urban envrionment, where you can see both the wonders forged by Ether technology, and the remaining remnants of the old civilization.

Closed Beta Sign-up Opens

As for now, if you are interested in Zenless Zone Zero, you can sign up for the 2nd closed beta test through the game's official website. After signing up you need to complete the survey, and if you gain test qualification, you will be notified via email with the instructions. The test date and detailed schedule for the closed beta will be disclosed later.
