Notice of Membership Purchase——Everything you need to know

MuMuPlayer Pro is compatible with most popular games and applications including Roblox, Brawl Stars, EVE Echoes, Pokémon GO, PUBG MOBILE, Summoners War, Free Fire MAX, Free Fire, Clash of Clans, AFK Journey, Clash Royale, Blue Archive, Genshin Impact and Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and etc. However, there are still games and apps that have compatibility and account-banning issues. 

Notice of Purshase is as below:

1. Games and applications that are currently not compatible

Games:  Call of Duty®: Mobile, Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile, GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, KartRider: Drift, Warcraft Rumble, NIGHT CROWS, DOFUS Touch: A WAKFU Prequel, Fortnite

Applications:  Shopee Live

Note: Except for games and applications that are restricted from using emulators, the rest of the games are scheduled for issue resolution. Please be patient and thank you for your attention!

What else: MuMuPlayer Pro does not support downloading 32-bit applications.

2. Which games restrict emulators? Will I get banned for playing games on an emulator?

MuMuPlayer Pro is compatible with mainstream games for normal play. However, running certain competitive games on the emulator may result in an account ban by the game developers. Please use it carefully.

If you are unsure about the risk of a particular game, you can follow game community news to find answers.

3. Would like to test the performance of a certain game on MuMuPlayer Pro before membership purchase?

To verify a game's performance on MuMuPlayer Pro before deciding whether to purchase a membership, you can contact customer service in our Discord community for assistance.

4.Purchased a membership but found that the game or application is not compatible?

First, please confirm on your own whether the game or application is banned on emulators.

Second, if it's not banned, please try to install it again through creating a new device or using alternative APK installation software.

Last, if it's banned, we are sorry that you cannot run the game or application on the emulator. You can use the emulator to run other mainstream games, or contact customer service in our Discord community to request a refund.
